Agenda highlights

The Council will prepare the European Council meeting of 15-16 October 2015 by discussing draft conclusions. The European Council is expected to focus on migration issues.

The presidency will inform ministers of the state of play of the negotiations on an inter-institutional agreement on better regulation. The objective of this agreement is to ensure that EU laws are designed in a way that they achieve their purpose at minimum cost.
