In Luxembourg
The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) is the location where will take place all informal ministerial meetings during the Presidency and the Council's meetings in October 2015.
How to get there
The European Convention Center Luxembourg is located in the European district of Kirchberg, at 2 Km from the city center, 5 Km from the train station and 8 Km from the airport.
- By car
The nearest car park is the parking Place de l’Europe.
- Public transport
The nearest bus stop is “Philharmonie / Mudam”. Buses N° 1, N° 16 and “Eurobus” connect the Railway Station and the City Centre several times per hour with the European Convention Center. Bus N° 16 provides also a direct connection with the airport.
A bus and train ticket costs 2€ and is valid for 2 hours throughout the whole Luxembourg network.

How to get there
The headquarters of the European Council and the Council are located in Brussels' European district next to Schuman roundabout. If you don't have access to the Council's car parks, we strongly advise you to use public transport as there are not many parking spaces in the European district.
- By metro or bus (STIB)
Buses 12 and 21: from Brussels National Airport in Zaventem to Schuman
Buses 22, 27, 28, 36, 60, 64: bus stop in the Schuman area
Metro lines 1 and 5: Schuman station
- By train (SNCB)
Brussels Midi, Brussels Central and Brussels Nord railway stations are connected to Brussels Schuman train station in the immediate vicinity of the Council's headquarters.
