On 16 and 17 July 2015, an informal meeting of Ministers of Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities will take place in Luxembourg during the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs, Skills and Labour Mobility, Marianne Thyssen, the Minister of Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, Nicolas Schmit, the Minister of Social Security, Romain Schneider, as well as ministers from the Maghreb (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia) will hold a joint press conference on 16 July 2015 at ± 5:50 p.m at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL).
On 17 July 2015, a joint press conference will be held by Marianne Thyssen, Nicolas Schmit and the Minister for Equal Opportunities, Lydia Mutsch, at ± 12:40 p.m. at the ECCL.
Accreditation applications have to be made online via the portal http://www.eu2015lu.eu/accreditation.
The accreditation badges can be collected at the ECCL from 16 July 2015 at 8 a.m. onwards, on presentation of a valid form of identification and a press card.
