To present the state of play of individualisation of income taxation in member state and measure the different degrees of individualisation,
To understand how the degree of individualisation of income taxation relates to female employment, both in terms of quality and quantity,
To exchange views on the transition from collective to individual taxation in order to determine a fiscal environment favourable to gender equality.
